General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following provisions.

Contracting party

The purchase agreement is between you and the
RHORNS GmbH, Vienna, Austria
conditions.

Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in euros including 20% ​​VAT and excluding shipping.
For deliveries outside the EU, invoicing is done without VAT.
Custom orders are offered individually.

Order & Confirmation

By completing your order, you are submitting a binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. Shipping to a third party is also possible upon request; however, this is at the buyer's risk.
If a shipment is demonstrably not delivered, we will refund the purchase price.

Instructions for cancellation

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

Complaints

Please report any defects to us as soon as possible, but no later than 8 days after receipt.
We will cover the transport costs for justified complaints.

Defective items

Items are considered defective if they are damaged upon receipt or show a manufacturing defect within six months.
Normal signs of wear and tear do not constitute a defect.
Depending on availability, we offer repair, replacement or refund.

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that variations may occur depending on your screen.

All content on our website is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Law & Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
